Six Images, Six Video Clips, 160 Years of History
It's been a few weeks since we've shared an update from Circle B Productions. Some unexpected upheaval at home slowed us down, but the filmmaking continues!
Here's another behind-the-scenes look at how we're bringing history to life with AI filmmaking.
When the SS Brother Jonathan sank off Crescent City in 1865, the ship's safe went down with her. It has never been recovered. For our feature film, Brother Jonathan and the Dragon's Teeth, we created six images showing how the safe might have changed over 160 years on the ocean floor.
Each image was then used to generate a short AI video clip. Eventually, all six clips will be edited together into one cinematic sequence showing the passage of time.
The writing on these images is for this behind-the-scenes presentation only. It won't appear in the finished film.
Six images. Six video clips. 160 years of history.
